You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let sharon be x years
Peter = x+7
John = 2(x+7)
...
Average age = 19
so sum of their ages = 3*19 = 57
x+x+7+2x+14=57
4x+21=57
4x=57-21
4x=36
x= 9 sharon's age
..
peter's age = x+7 = 16
..
John's age = 2(x+7)=32
...

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let p = Peter's age
Let s = Sharon's age
Let j = John's age
-----------------
given:
(1) p+=+s+%2B+7
(2) j+=+2p
(3) %28p+%2B+s+%2B+j%29%2F3+=+19
------------------
From (1):
p+=+s+%2B+7
s+=+p+-+7
Substitute (1) and (2) in (3)
(3) %28p+%2B+s+%2B+j%29%2F3+=+19
%28p+%2B+p+-+7+%2B+2p%29%2F3+=+19
%284p+-+7%29%2F3+=+19
4p+-+7+=+57
4p+=+64
p+=+16
Peter is 16
check answer:
s+=+p+-+7
s+=+9
and
j+=+2p
j+=+32
and
(3) %28p+%2B+s+%2B+j%29%2F3+=+19
(3) %2816+%2B+9+%2B+32%29%2F3+=+19
57%2F3+=+19
57+=+57
OK
