Priscillla is ( x — 1 ) years old now . How old will she be on

i : in 8 years time
Add 8 years to present age ( integer addition)
(x-1)+8
x-1+8
=(x+7)
ii : 4 years ago
Subtract 4 years from present age
(x-1) -4
x-1-4
x-5 years
???
iii : if her age in 8 years times is three times her age 4 years ago how old is she now ?
4 years ago age = x-5
After 8 years age = x+7 years
3(x-5) = x+7
3x-15 = x+7
add 15 to both sudea
3x-15+15 = x+7+15
3x = x+22
Subtract x from both sides
3x-x = x+22-x
2x =22
divide both sides by 2
2x/2 = 22/2
x=11
Her present age is (x-1) plug x=11
11-1 = 10 years
Her present age is 10 years

I would edit your post this way

    highlight%28cross%28Priscillla%29%29 Priscilla is ( x — 1 ) years old now . How old will she be highlight%28cross%28on%29%29
    i : in 8 years time <<<---=== future time: using "will" is correct.
    ii : 4 years ago <<<---=== past time: using "will" contradicts to English grammar.
    iii : if her age highlight%28cross%28is%29%29 highlight%28in%29%29 8 years highlight%28cross%28times%29%29 is three times her age highlight%28cross%28in%29%29 4 years ago highlight%28comma%29 how old is she now ?

to make it clear for people around.

Actually, the answers to (i) and (ii) are more than obvious (same as 3-1 = 2),
so I do not see a real reason to ask the tutors about it.
