Impossible conditions; perhaps the language is a problem.
The way I read the problem, you have (x+20)/(y+20)=5 and (x-5)/(y-5)=5. That leads to requiring x=y, in which case both ratios are 1 instead of 5.
Either the statement of the problem is faulty, or the language of the problem is unclear.
