Say that part correctly, otherwise it is not clear.

If you meant as Khandice is twice as old as Carol, then Jane is 12, Khandice is 10, and Carol is 5.

This form/(fragment)  ". . . who is twice as older than carol"   contradicts to any norm of  English language.
