You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let +x+ = Gloria's age now
+x+%2B+19+ = Steve's age now
-----------------------------------
+x+%2B+19+%2B+13+=+2%2A%28+x+%2B+13+%29+
+x+%2B+32+=+2x+%2B+26+
+x+=+6+
and
+x+%2B+19+=+25+
---------------------
Gloria is 6
Steve is 25
----------------
check:
+x+%2B+19+%2B+13+=+2%2A%28+x+%2B+13+%29+
+25+%2B+13+=+2%2A%28+6+%2B+13+%29+
+38+=+2%2A19+
+38+=+38+
OK

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

let Steve's age be x and Gloria's age y
if Steve is 19 years older than his sister Gloria, we have
x=y%2B19.......eq.1

if in 13+years, he will be twice as old as Gloria, we have
x%2B13=2%28y%2B13%29
x%2B13=2y%2B26.......eq.2...substitute x from eq.1

y%2B19%2B13=2y%2B26.......solve for y
y%2B32=2y%2B26
32-26=2y-y
y=6
go back to
x=y%2B19.......eq.1 ..substitute y
x=6%2B19
x=25

answer: Steve is 25 years old and Gloria is 6 years old
