There are several ways to interpret this question, but I will use the interpretation that each daughter is born two years after the previously born daughter. ("My three daughters were EACH born 2 years apart, and have a combined age of 63." )
With this interpretation, their ages are x, x+2, and x+4:
x + (x+2) + (x+4) = 63
3x + 6 = 63
3x = 57
x = 19 --> x+2 = 21 and x+4 = 23
The daughters are 19, 21, and 23. The eldest is years old

Since their ages are 2 years apart, the average of the three ages is the age of the middle daughter. So the middle daughter's age is 63/3 = 21; that makes the eldest daughter 21+2 = 23.
