:
David is also 2 years younger than his sister Ritex
d = r - 2
or
r = d + 2
:
.if the sum of their ages is 44 years.
m + d + r = 44
:
find each one's age.
replace m with 5d, replace r with (d + 2)
5d + d + (d+2) = 44
7d = 44 - 2
7d = 42
d = 42/7
d = 6 yr is Davids age
