You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
C = 2*B           (1)   (right now)

C-6 = 4*(B-6)     (2)   (six years ago . . . )

Substitute (1) into eq(2) to get

2B - 6 = 4*(B-6),

2B - 6 = 4B - 24

24 - 6 = 4B - 2B

18 = 2B  ====>  B = 18%2F2 = 9.

Answer. The brother is 9 years now. Connie age is 18 years.

Solved.
