You can put this solution on YOUR website! on 31/12/2015, you will have been 2015 - 2001 = 14 years old.
on 1/1/2016, you will be a day older than that.
i would say 14 years and 1 day old.
i'm assuming the same time on any of those days.
for example, you were born at 8am on 31/12/2001.
at 8am on 31/12/2015, you are 14 years old.
at 8am on 1/1/2016, you are 14 years and 1 day old.
