To find the mean, add up all of the data elements and then divide by the number of data elements.

To find the median of an even number of data elements, put the data elements in numerical order, then, since you have 12 elements, find the numerical average of the 6th and 7th data element.

To find the mode, put the data in numerical order and find the data element that occurs most frequently. If two data elements are tied for the highest frequency, then you can declare the data bimodal. If several elements are tied for highest frequency, then you can declare the data modeless.
