You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Did you mean b%5E%28n%2Bm%29 and b%5E%28n-m%29 ?
In that case, with system%28b=x%2Cn=3%2C%22and%22%2Cm=5%29 ,
b%5E%28n%2Bm%29=x%5E%283%2B5%29=x%5E8 and b%5E%28n-m%29=x%5E%283-5%29=x%5E%28-2%29=1%2Fx%5E2 .

I don't have your booklet, so I do not know what "laws" your teacher refers to.
I do know that proclaiming "laws" in such a manner is a horrible, dictatorial way of pretending to teach math.
That way of dictating math class should be illegal.
I am sorry that your math class is so dictatorial.
However, humoring the teacher is always safe.
Good luck!
