Both of you are correct. A sequence can have multiple rules as long as the rules make sense.


56 is correct if the rule is "The left number is given, and the right number is the next even number greater than the last right number."


90 is correct if the rule is "this sequence is x on the left and y on the right (of the =) where y=x*(x+1)"
