First draw a diagram depicting the universal set U with all of the numbers listed inside. Next draw a circle to depict set B and make sure to enclose the circle around the numbers 6,7,8, and 9 (since these values are in set B).

The notation B' (which reads B prime) is asking "what elements are in the universal set but are NOT in set B" (basically we want every number except those from set B). From the diagram, we can see that the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19, and 20 are in the set U, but NOT in set B. In other words, these values are NOT in the circle.
