Your terminology and notation are non-standard....
If the universal set is {1,2,3,4,5} and set A is {1,3,4}, then A complement is {2,5}. The set A complement is often written as A'.
The terminology "A complement B" is non-standard; we don't know what it is supposed to mean.
And the meaning of "...complement A'" is also unknown.
