You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
(3+i)(2+4i)
3(2+4i) + i(2+4i)
6 + 12i + 2i + 4i^2
6 + 12i + 2i + 4(-1)
6 + 12i + 2i - 4
2 + 14i
So the answer is really 2 + 14i
