This is the line y = 0, which simply the x-axis.

This is just saying that anywhere you look on this line at
a point (x,y), you will see (x,0).
The only line that satisfies this is the line +y+=+0+
This is the horizontal line through the origin (0,0)
and this is the x-axis itself.
