what is the solution to the equation
2%2F3X + 1%2F6 = 1
Multiply by 6 to get rid of the denominators
6*2%2F3X + 6*1%2F6 = 6*1
cancel out the denominators
2(2x) + 1 = 6
4x = 6 - 1
4x = 5
x = 5%2F4
x = 1.25
