same number without changing the
inequality
Multiply both sides by +4+

+-14x+%3E=+-3+
Now if I divide both sides by +-1+, the sense
of the inequality does change, so
+%28-14x%29%2F%28-1%29+%3C=+%28-3%29%2F%28-1%29+
+14x+%3C=+3+
