Now the question becomes:
Find 3 rationals between +-20%2F100+
and +-22%2F100+

I need to go to bigger denominators to do this, so
+-20%2F100+=+-40%2F200+
, +-42%2F200+, and +-43%2F200+
In decimals:
+.205+, +.210+, and +.215+
