Like terms are terms that have the same variable raised to the same power.
ex;
x, 3x are like terms; they can be (combined)added are subtracted together.
6x%5E3,3x%5E3, are like terms, 3x%5E3, 2x%5E2 are not like terms, because there variables are raised to diferent powers.
