The common factor is t%5E5 which is the lowest power of t. So take out the t%5E5.

Now this trinomial is what I call "Advanced Trinomial Factoring". You can factor it like this:
t%5E5%283t%2B____%29%28t%2B____%29+

The Last times Last must be 7*1 in order to make the middle term come out to 22t. You can do this by placing 1 on the first blank line, and 7 on the second blank:

t%5E5%283t%2B1%29%28t%2B7%29
