I know that 3/4 is the slope or m. But i dont remember how to us the fomula for b= -a/b correctly. please walk me through so i can complete the steps?

you find the y intercept by setting x to zero (0,6)
you find the x intercept by setting y to zero:(-8,0)
y-3=3/4(0+4)--->y-3=3-->y=6
:
0-3=3/4(x+4)--->-3=(3/4)x+3--->-6=(3/4)x--->-24=3x--->x=-8
