Divide both sides by the coefficient of -5%2Ax,
which is -5:

%28-5%2Ax%29%2F%28-5%29=%28%22%22%2B4%29%2F%28-5%29

On the left side the -5's cancel.

%28cross%28-5%29x%29%2F%28cross%28-5%29%29=%28%22%22%2B4%29%2F%28-5%29

On the right side %22%22%2B4 divided by -5
gives -4%2F5, since a positive divided by a
negative is negative.  So the final equation is:
