i got the same answer as you although i kept the denominator as 1 number.
original equation is %285-3%2Ai%29%2F%28-3-2%2Ai%29
i multiplied top and bottom by %28-3%2B2i%29 to remove imaginary number from the denominator.
result was %28-9%2B19%2Ai%29%2F13
which is the same answer you got.
looks good from what i can tell.
i%5E2=%28-1%29 is correct.
