You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Subtracting a number is the same as adding its opposite. So when we say 5-2=3, we are really saying 5+(-2)=3. So 2-(-8) is the same as 2+(+8), which is the same as 2+8... I'm hoping you can handle it from there:)
