Question 133802: The problem states: Graph each quadratic function. Give the vertex, axis, domain and range.

From the text book I cannot figure our the formula. I've tried putting in numbers for x and solving for f. I've also tried using the quadratic equation function on this site. A detailed explanation would be appreciated.
