Question 758729: Find the Vertex of the Parabola:
x=1/3y^3y+19
I have used the -b/2a to get y which gives me -9/2 but when I plug in the -9/2 into the y values into the equation I'm not getting the same answer as they are instead I get -11/8 as the x but it keeps saying that is not the answer.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi,
You have a correct way to find the vertex of parabola.
However, your function is not correct. Please check it again.
Thanks! John
