I do not memorize and follow other people's methods (I prefer to blaze my own trail), but this website has a good lesson on the Indian method.
If you follow this -step procedure you can find it.
1) Click on the Algebra I tab.
2) Scroll down and click on Quadratic Equation.
3) Click on the Lessons tab
4) Scroll down to find the Indian method lesson.
5) Click on that lesson's name to open it.
