A quadratic equation with roots a and b can take the form of,
y=%28x-a%29%28x-b%29.
In your example,
y=%28x-%28-9%29%29%28x-%28-7%29%29=%28x%2B9%29%28x%2B7%29
Similarly,
x=1 and x=0 are roots for
y=x%28x-1%29
