The equation for a line can be written in 3 different ways. One way is called the slope/intercept form. It is in the form y+=+mx%2Bb, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.
You are given +10+-+%281%2F4%29y+=+4x
You need to get that into the form y+=+mx+%2Bb
10+-+%281%2F4%29y+=+4x
-%281%2F4%29y+=+4x+-+10
+-y+=+16x+-+40
+y+=+-16x+%2B+40
So what is m and b? And there's your answer
