You can put this solution on YOUR website!

a width W=sqrt%28x+%2B+5%29mm
and a length of L=sqrt%28x+%2B+9%29mm
A=L%2AW
A=sqrt%28x+%2B+9%29mm%2Asqrt%28x+%2B+5%29mm
A=sqrt%28x+%2B+9%29%2Asqrt%28x+%2B+5%29mm%5E2
A=sqrt%28%28x+%2B+5%29%28x+%2B+9%29%29mm%5E2

.

As the problem is posed,  the value of the area  CAN  NOT  be determined.

Not clear....

Are the dimensions
sqrt%28x%2B5%29 and sqrt%28x%2B9%29?

Or are they
sqrt%28x%29%2B5 and sqrt%28x%29%2B9?

Whichever is the case, the area is simply the product of the length and width.

And obviously, since you don't know the value of x, you can't get a numerical answer; you can only get an expression in terms of x.
