Horizontal Intercepts for ax^2+bx+c=0, unless the discriminant is negative.

If discriminant is non-negative, then the function will have one or two horizontal axis intercepts. THe two methods to find them/it are, either Factoring, or Completing the Square to solve for x (for the equation ax^2+bxc=0).
