y=6x^2+18x+5

y = 6(x+3/2)^2 - 6(9/4) + 5

y = 6(x+3/2)^2 -54/4 + 20/4

y+=+6%28x%2B3%2F2%29%5E2+-34%2F4+

 V(-3/2, - 17/2)  x = -3/2 the axis of symmetry
