You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6x²- 3.5x - 5
Area of triangle = !/2 * base * height

!/2 * base * height= 6x²- 3.5x - 5
base * height = 2(6x^2-3.5x-5)
=12x^2-7x-10
=12x^2-15x+8x-10
=3x(4x-5)+2(4x-5)
=(3x+2)(4x-5)

The dimensions of base and height are (3x+2)cm, (4x-5)cm
