I am confuse on how to solve this problem because of the fractions. How do I solve this problem? 3/4x^2-2x+1/2=0.

You need to use parentheses. Last time I checked, they were FREE.

If it's %283%2F4%29x%5E2+-+2x+%2B+1%2F2+=+0, then you need to multiply through by LCD, 4, and then factor and solve for x, or use the quadratic equation if it cannot be easily factored.
