USING THE QUADRATIC EQUATION.
X=(5+-SQRT[-5^2-4*1*-2])/2*1
X=(5+-SQRT[25+8])/2
X=(5+-SQRT33)/2
X=(5+-5.74)/2
X=10.74/2
X=5.37 ANSWER
X=(5-5.74)/2
X=-.74/2
X=-.37 ANSWER
