Write -3R - 7U in polar form
r=sqrt(3^2+7^2)= 7.616
theta= arctan(-7/-3)= arctan(7/3)=66.80 degrees is the reference angle
But the true angle is in the 3rd quadrant and equals 66.80+180=246.80 degrees
If you want to convert to radians multiply 246.80 by (pi/180)

polar form is 7.616(cos246.80 + isin(246.80)
