X^2 = 676  and Y^2 = 841, are You wanting the product 676%2A871?

If X= 6+8+12  = 26

   Y= 9+13+7  = 29

Then

  X^2 = 26%2A26+=+676

  Y^2 = 29%2A29+=+841
