You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I don't quite understand what you mean by saying "is there a solution"........but for explaining that qudratic equation:....the equation can be factored making it(p-2)(p-2)=0 giving you the root +2 .......This probabally wont make much sense to you because I didn't explain it very well, since I havn't done algebra for months now.....

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
p^2-4p+4=0 [Factor or use the quadratic equation]
(p-2)(p-2)=p^2-2p-2p+4=p^2-4p+4
.
.or
p+=+%28-%28-4%29+%2B-+sqrt%28+%28-4%29%5E2-%284%29%281%29%284%29+%29%29%2F%282%29%281%29%29+
.
p+=+%28%28%284%29+%2B-+sqrt%2816-16%29+%29%29%2F%282%29%29%29%29+
.
p+=+%28%28%284%29+%2B-+sqrt%280%29+%29%29%2F%282%29%29%29%29+
.
p=4/2=2
p=2
p-2=0
(p-2)(p-2)=p^2-4p+4
