You can put this solution on YOUR website! A quadratic equation always produces a parabola. Let's first substitute each value of x into the equation to get its corresponding y value, or ordered pair.
For x=0, we get which simplifies to . So, our first ordered pair is (0,4).
Using substitution again for x=1 produces , which simplifies to , or ordered pair (1,0).
Using the same process for the other values of x (2,3,4) produces ordered pairs (2,-2), (3,-2), and (4,0).
Now we just graph our ordered pairs.
