It is a parabola opening upward.
It has a minimum at x = -b/2a = -2/2 = -1
Then f(-1) = 1-2+5 = 4
So vertex at (-1,4)

Y-intercept = f(0) = 5

Plot the vertex and the point (0,5)
and draw a parabola opening upward though them to get:
