You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f(x)= -x^2 + 10x - 8
f(x) + 8 = -x^2 + 10x
-y - 8 = x^2 - 10x
-y - 8 = (x - 5)^2
-y + 17 = (x - 5)^2
-y = (x - 5)^2 - 17
y = -1(x - 5)^2 + 17
