x^2 can never be negative since (-) x (-) = +
and (+) x (+) = +
so, -3x^2 can never be positive
this is the function h(x), so the range is 0 to minus infinity
any number can be put in place of x and h(x) will be a valid
number
So, the domain of x is minus infinity to plus infinity
