M 35.9 37.5 38.0 38.3 38.4 37.1
a. Find a quadratic model for M in terms of v.
M(v)=-0.011x^2+1.30x-0.019
This from using the TI-83 "Quadratic Regression".

b. Use your model to predit M when v = 65
Again using TI-83 get M=38.025
