The problem is this; m square + 2m = 6. Thanks for your help

m%5E2%2B2m-6=0 Subtract 6 from both sides.


Notice that the quadratic m%5E2%2B2m-6 is in the form of Am%5E2%2BBm%2BC where A=1, B=2, and C=-6


Let's use the quadratic formula to solve for "m":
