Question 30565: Solve the rational inequality and graph the solution set in a real number line.
x - 6/x+ 0 > 0
Thanks!!!!! Answer by Nate(3500) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! x - 6/x > 0 multiply by x
x^2 - 6 > 0
x^2 > 6
x > (6)^(1/2) or -(6)^(1/2)
<----!----------!--------!******>
...-(6)^(1/2)...0........6^(1/2)
The answer is greater than the square root of 6!
