implies x = sqrt%28x%29 (by adding sqrt%28x%29 to both sides of the equation)
-> x^2 = x (square both sides)
-> x^2 - x = 0
-> quadratic equation : (-(-1)+- sqrt%28%28-1%29%5E2+-+4%2A1%2A0%29)/(2*1)
-> = (1 +- sqrt%281%29)/2 = (1 +- 1)/2 = 0/2 or 2/2 = 0 or 1
now when graphing simply use intersection pts (0,0) and (1,1)
y=x is straight line with slope 1
as for the other, just pick a few points then draw the curve
(1/2,%281%2F2%29%5E2)=(1/2,sqrt%282%29/2) is another good pt to start with
