Length = 4+x
Width = x
Area = 45m%5E2
Area = length x width,

(x)(x+4)=45
x%5E2%2B4x-45=0
Can yo solve from there, if not mail me back.
You'll get x = 5
5+4 = 9
Hence, the length is 9m and the width is 5m.
