First, get the x^2 term alone on the left side of the equation:

Now, to get x, take the square root of both sides:
sqrt%28x%5E2%29=sqrt%2825%2F4%29
Note that the right side of the equation can be written as:
sqrt%28x%5E2%29=sqrt%2825%29%2Fsqrt%284%29
Finally, just evaluate these square roots and you are done:
