W*L=AREA
(L-4)L=12
L^2-4L-12=0
(L-6)(L+2)=0
L-6=0
L=6 M. IS THE LENGTH.
W=6-4
W=2 M. IS THE WIDTH.
PROOF:
2*6=12 M^2
